  3. Converts frequency1/ frequency2 ratio into cent value. 1 cent is the smallest pitch change that the human ear can perceive. Octave consists of 1200 cents. If c 0 is 0 cent then c 1 is 1200 cent and c 2 is 2400 cent. Each semitone consists of 100 cents. See cent-to-freq.
